From time to time we would like to contact you with details of new treatments, news and offers and general information in regards to the salon.
When you book an appointment with us, we will ask for a contact number and an email address, which will be used to send you appointment confirmations and reminders, first time reviews and 'we hope to see you soon' emails. Before we carry out a treatment, we will ask you to fill in a consultation form asking for further details, such as your address, GP details and any medical history which is needed as this may affect your treatment.
All information supplied to us will be completely confidential and will never be passed onto a third party to contact you. Only The Beauty Room staff will have access to your details, which will be stored in line with the new data protection laws.
Our online booking (Ovatu) and marketing email (Mailchimp) systems are GDPR compliant in which The Beauty Room uses these platforms for booking and marketing purposes with your consent only.
